Booking & Cancellation Policy
We kindly request 48 hours notice so that we can offer that time slot to another client. however, if you do not provide us with 48 hours notice or you fail to turn up for your appointment, you may send a friend or family member in your place, or you will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
Our cancellation policy is strictly 48hrs for all UGLYS AESTHETIC CLINIC. We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. We cannot accept messages left on public holidays as sufficient notice, as we will not have enough time to try to rebook your time slot. If you are unable make an appointment or need to reschedule this can be done up to 48 hours before your appointment either by your booking confirmation email or by calling the clinic on 07368850005.
You will receive an email to confirm cancellation or rescheduling as appropriate.
When booking online you will receive an email confirmation, 48 hours before your appointment you will receive a text SMS reminder*.
*If you do not receive any confirmation, your appointment is not booked.
SMS texts should not be relied upon as networks are sometimes unreliable.

if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please let your therapist know straight away so any problems can be rectified asap.
Refunds: We have a strict no refunds policy if for any reason you are unhappy please contact us during clinic hours and we will arrange to rectify any issues for you.
A consultation form must be filled out prior to a treatment being given Please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy when booking, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
No Smoking Policy
The salon operates a strict no smoking policy.
All UGLYS AESTHETIC CLINIC will be sent via our booking system a thorough consultation before their first visit. This information is completely confidential and is stored via OVATU in a secure GDPR safe manner, no information is shared to a third party and only use in accordance with salon requirements.
